Smallhold started farming mushrooms in a shipping container under a bridge in Brooklyn back in 2017. Since then, we’ve turned into a farm that spans the country. From NYC to California, we set the quality standard for specialty mushrooms. Our love of mushrooms doesn’t stop at the produce aisle. Our mission is to bring the joy and mystery of this produce into every corner of your customers’ lives, and to do it with transparency and respect for farmers and the environment.
