Brothers Dan and Richard run Fiorio Farms, a family-owned farm with land under management in Gilroy, Salinas, and Coachella valleys. They are processing pepper experts and have a great forty-year track record growing for the largest processors in California. They're actively adding more cover crops like hay and mustard, crop rotations with tomatoes and corn, reduced tillage, biological inputs and fertigation, and drip tape recycling into their operation to improve soil health and plant health and performance.
