It is a proudly Mexican company that was born as a visionary and ambitious project of a group of investors from different business areas, who, faced with the growing market for healthy and functional products derived from agave, decided to unite their skills, talents and capital to create a company of production and marketing of agave syrup and inulin. Thus, EDULAG, S.A. DE C.V. was born and formally established in October 2010.
