Anna's Organics is a true family run business in Chowchilla, CA - with a special climate to produces amazing eggplant, peppers, and tomatoes during the summer. During the autumn shoulder season, Anna's harvests successions of radishes, bok choy, and kale until their primary winter cabbage operation is in full-swing. Beginning in early November, Red/Green Napa Cabbage, and Red/Green Cabbage is peak quality and producing strong volume for 2-3 months Manuel (Father) is the primary farmer with 40+ years of experience planting, harvesting, and managing soil health and crop production. They farm on 60 acres, but only plant 20 acres at a time in order to rotate plots and use cover crops between plantings. Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins all work during the harvest and help field pack boxes for same-day delivery. Son/Daughter Luis and Ana are second-generation farmers that support the family operation building partnerships, marketing, and logistics.
