About

The Gilbert family has been faming in the Yakima Valley and Eastern Washington since 1898. The company is currently being run by a fifth-generation family member. Organic farming and regenerative practices have long been a staple of the organization, as we have had blocks first become organic certified in the 1980s.

Top crops

At our facility we pack apples and Rainier cherries, both conventional and organic. We pack the following conventional varieties: Honeycrisp, Gala, Granny Smith, Envy, Pink Lady, Fuji, Cosmic Crisp, Red Delicious and Golden Delicious We pack the following organic varieties: Honeycrisp, Gala, Granny Smith, Pink Lady, Fuji, and Cosmic Crisp Cherry harvest is May - July and apple harvest is July - November.
